Foundry Utility
The Foundry Utility position plays a crucial role in supporting daily foundry operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality magnetic materials and specialty alloys. This position involves assisting with material handling, equipment maintenance, and general foundry tasks while upholding strict safety and quality standards.



Heat Treat Operator
The Heat Treat Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring heat treatment equipment to ensure the proper hardening, tempering, and processing of magnetic materials and specialty alloys. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to strict temperature and process controls, and a commitment to producing high-quality, precision-engineered components.



Inspection
The Inspection position is responsible for ensuring all magnetic products meet the highest quality standards through precise measurements, testing, and visual inspections. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with inspection tools, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and consistency in our magnetic materials and specialty alloys.



Rough Grinding
The Rough Grinding position is responsible for shaping and refining metal components using grinding equipment to meet exact specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards to ensure the production of high-performance magnetic materials and specialty alloys.



Sintering / Tungsten Metals
The Sintering / Tungsten Metals position is responsible for producing high-quality magnets by pressing powdered metals into precise component shapes. This role requires careful operation of sintering equipment, attention to detail, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards to ensure the integrity and performance of specialty magnetic materials.



Maintenance
The Maintenance department is responsible for ensuring that all building facilities and production equipment operate efficiently and safely. This role involves performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and support seamless manufacturing operations.



Precision Grinding
The Precision Grinding position is responsible for refining metal components to exact specifications using advanced grinding equipment. This role requires high attention to detail, precision machining skills, and adherence to strict quality standards to ensure the production of high-performance magnetic materials and specialty alloys.
